Maintenance of Membership

สมาชิกสถานะบัตร Gold Member จะมีอายุการใช้งาน 1 ปี และสะสมยอดซื้อเกิน 5,000 บาท จะรักษาสถานะบัตร Living ได้อีก 1 ปีโดยอัตโนมัติ

To maintain the status of Gold Membership, you must have the minimum cumulative purchase amount of THB5,000 per year starting from the starting date.

สมาชิกสถานะบัตร Platinum Member จะมีอายุการใช้งาน 1 ปี และสะสมยอดซื้อเกิน 15,000 บาท จะรักษาสถานะบัตร Life ได้อีก 1 ปีโดยอัตโนมัติ

To maintain the status of Platinum Membership, you must have the minimum cumulative purchase amount of THB15,000 per year starting from the starting date.

การปรับลดสถานะการเป็นสมาชิก

Membership Demotion

สมาชิกสถานะบัตร Gold Member หากสะสมยอดซื้อน้อยกว่า 5,000 บาท ก่อนวันหมดอายุ จะปรับสถานะบัตรสมาชิกเป็น haii mart Member ทันที

For Gold Members, if the total purchase amount falls below THB5,000 before the expiration date, your membership card status will be promptly changed to haii mart Member.

สมาชิกสถานะบัตร Platinum Member หากสะสมยอดซื้อน้อยกว่า 15,000 บาท ก่อนวันหมดอายุ จะปรับสถานะบัตรสมาชิกเป็น Gold Member ทันที

For Platinum Members, if your cumulative purchases are less than THB15,000 before the expiration date, your membership card status will be immediately adjusted to Gold.

หมายเหตุ: สิทธิหรือประโยชน์ที่สมาชิกแต่ละประเภทจะได้รับตามตารางข้างต้น จะถือเอาสถานะประเภทสมาชิกที่ได้รับครั้งล่าสุดเป็นเกณฑ์

Remark: Members will receive the privileges or benefits according to the current membership status, as shown in the table above. 

การสะสม Point

Point Collection 

ยอดซื้อสินค้า haii mart ทุก 25 บาท รับ 1 Point

Get one point for every THB25 purchase of haii mart products. 

เศษยอดการชำระที่ไม่ถึง 25 บาท จะไม่ถูกนำมาคำนวณเป็น Point และไม่มีการสะสมยอดการชำระ ไปรวมในการซื้อครั้งต่อไป

The remaining amount of fewer than THB25 will not be calculated.

Point ที่ได้รับจะหมดอายุในรอบปีถัดไป ตัวอย่างเช่นPoint ที่ได้รับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2568 – 31 ธันวาคม 2568 จะหมดอายุในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2569

Points earned within a year from January 1 – December 31, 2025, will expire on December 31, 2026.

การยกเลิกสินค้าบางรายการ หรือ ยกเลิกบิล Point จะถูกหักลบไปด้วย

In case of purchase cancellation, the point will be deducted.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash or be transferred to other members

การแลก Point

Point Redemption

การแลก Point เพื่อรับเป็นส่วนลดหรือสิทธิประโยชน์ จะต้องมี Point สะสมเพียงพอต่อการแลกส่วนลดที่ต้องการ เมื่อใช้ Point แลกส่วนลดแล้ว ระบบจะทำการหัก Point ตามส่วนที่ใช้ในแต่ละครั้ง

To redeem points for a discount, there must be enough points. The system will deduct points accordingly each time.

การแลก Point ระบบจะนำ Point ที่สะสมก่อน มาใช้แลกก่อนเสมอ

When redeeming points, the system will automatically use previously accumulated points first.

การแลก Point ขึ้นอยู่กับ กิจกรรม ที่ทางบริษัทจะจัดขึ้นตามช่วงเวลาในแต่ละปี

The company will provide Point Redemption programs at different times of the year.

Point ที่ใช้แลกส่วนลดไปแล้ว ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ

Points that have already been redeemed for discounts are non-refundable.
